Easirent have mileage allowances in place for van hire reservations, Easirent’s generous allowance is almost double the average van miles driven per annum* (*source: Daily Telegraph, April 2017). Please contact us for more information.
1-2 days 150 per day
3-6 days 100 per day
7 days or more 500 weekly (charged @ 0.18p per mile)
If you exceed these allowances you will be charged at 0.18p per mile
Example, 50 extra miles driven = £9.0
1-2 days 240 per day
3-6 days 160 per day
7 days or more 840 weekly (charged @ 0.12c per km)
If you exceed these allowances you will be charged at 0.12c per km
Example, 50 extra km driven = €6.0
I am arriving at an Airport how do I collect my vehicle?

What if I’m going to be late?
If you know you may miss the start of your hire, please contact the branch as soon as possible to let them know. If you can’t get through please call our support team on 0203 657 6045. We can only hold a car for you for a limited amount of time, especially during busy periods. If you are due to collect before 10PM but arrive after, then an out of hours fee will be added to your hire.
Where do I drop off my vehicle at the end of the hire?
You can find the correct, up-to-date drop off instructions here as well as our out of hours policies.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
You will be sent an email shortly after making your reservation to the email address supplied when your booking was made. If you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours of making your reservation please contact email@example.com
What is the maximum number of points I can have on my driver’s licence to hire from you?
Minor offences such as speeding and traffic signals are acceptable up to a maximum of 6 points. Please call us if you have any bans or convictions in the last 5 years.
Can I pay for my rental in cash?
No, Easirent DO NOT accept cash at any branch. All payments must be made by card.
Do you accept both Credit and Debit Cards at your Branches?
We accept all major Credit Cards at our Branches. If you have a Debit Card please call Easirent Customer Services.
What documents will I need to bring?
– Your driver’s licence *
– A credit/ debit card in the driver’s name
– Your passport (for non UK resident) or utility bill and bank statement (for UK residents)

Is there a Deposit payable?
A zero deposit option is available if excess protection is taken out for hire on vans, these limit your liability in the event of any damage that may occur.
Excess reduction on vans starts from just £8 per day for longer rentals, additional excess packages are available at the point of hire which the staff will be happy to discuss. Deposits can only be made with the hirers credit card for £1250 pre authorisation.
Can I take the vehicle out of the UK?
Yes, but you need to provide your own European breakdown cover. Additional charges do apply for international usage/ insurance and excess mileage outside UK Mainland. Please call for further information – 0151 515 3869
I cannot find my driving licence, can I still hire?
Yes, we will need government issued ID (such as a passport, along with the ID stated above) and will need to contact the DVLA to check your licence details (there is a charge for this service)
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, more than one person can drive the rental vehicle; the additional driver needs to be present when collecting the vehicle. All subsequent extra drivers must also adhere to our general policy; you must be at least 23 years of age and have held a full driving licence for 2 years or more.
